1 Introduction

57bdt is an online gaming and sports betting platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 57bdt and its users ("Member" or "you"). By using the 57bdt website, mobile version, and any related services, you fully accept these Terms.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. All monetary amounts stated here are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT).

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use 57bdt's services you must:

3 Opening an Account

To open an account at 57bdt you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, valid contact details, and date of birth. It is your responsibility to keep the information provided at registration up to date.

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts may be closed and 57bdt reserves the right to forfeit the balances in those accounts.

4 Account Security & Password

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the 57bdt support team immediately.

Any activity carried out using your login credentials will be treated as having been performed by you, unless you have notified us in writing of unauthorised access.

5 Account Suspension & Closure

57bdt reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or misuse of the system
• Providing false information
• Suspected misuse of the bonus system
• At the direction of a regulatory authority or for legal reasons

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact the support team. Any active bonuses may be cancelled, but any valid balance will be returned.

9 Welcome Bonus

57bdt offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳16,000 or more, you receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.

This bonus applies only once, on each member's first deposit. Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts from the same household or device is not permitted.

10 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

The following applies to wagering calculations:

• Bets placed on all eligible games will count toward wagering.
• Only bets placed with the bonus balance will count toward completing wagering.
• Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

11 VIP & Cashback Program

57bdt has three VIP tiers. Members can move up to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is credited directly to your account. 57bdt reserves the right to change the detailed terms of VIP benefits.

If misuse of the bonus program is suspected, 57bdt may cancel the bonus and review the account. One bonus cannot be combined with another bonus unless specifically stated.

12 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

57bdt operates in accordance with SSL encryption and fair play principles. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures impartiality.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing using software bots or automated systems.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Collusion or applying dishonest strategies in coordination with other players.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass restrictions.
• Attempting to breach any security measure of the platform.

13 Betting Disputes & Cancellations

57bdt reserves the right to cancel bets due to technical errors or data feed issues. The amount of any cancelled bet will be returned to the balance.

If a dispute arises, contact the support team. 57bdt's decision will be considered final and binding.

16 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the 57bdt platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is the intellectual property of 57bdt. Reproducing, distributing, or using any content without prior permission is prohibited.

Game content is the intellectual property of the respective game providers, such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft.

17 Limitation of Liability

57bdt is not liable for:

• Betting or gaming losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Delays or issues related to third-party services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
• Unexpected technical failures or force majeure situations.
• Issues with your own device or network.

If a service disruption occurs due to circumstances beyond our control, 57bdt will make every effort to resolve it quickly.

18 Changes to Terms

57bdt may change these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed as far in advance as possible of any significant changes. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
